Accept - April 18, 1984 / Civic Auditorium / San Jose, CA

Accept performing on their "Metal Heart" Tour (Saxon opened) at the San Jose Civic Auditorium in San Jose, CA on April 18, 1984.

The band at this point consisted of Udo Dirkschneider (vocals), Wolf Hoffman (guitar), Jorg Fischer (guitar), Peter Baltes (bass), and Stefan Kaufmann (drums). This is sometimes considered the classic line-up of Accept.

After meeting Accept backstage, we ended up in the Hotel Saint Claire on a search for the band while carrying the album cover for "Balls To The Walls" and asking people, "Have you seen this leg?" The most interesting sight we saw was the passed out half-naked girl in her hotel bed with her door half open. So we gave up our search and went home.
