- One of Southern California's most memorable adult contemporary bands, Ambrosia began more as a progressive rock act, whose later move into into the R&B realm kind of polarized their fanbase, and eventually led them to break up in the early 1980s. As it turned out, Ambrosia eventually reformed, and utilized various members outside of the core foursome here and there. This show was on August 6, 1999 at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk in Santa Cruz, CA. The band consisted of guitarist/vocalist David Pack, bassist/vocalist Joe Puerta, keyboardist Christopher North, and drummer Burleigh Drummond.
