- Family Force 5 was a band that got acclaim soon after their inception. Their blend of funk, crunk, and pop elements made for a nice mix of what could be desecribed as "Chrome Disco," or a somewhat heavy metal based dance punk band. This was the second go-round for the band on the Van's Warped Tour as they performed at Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mt. View, CA on July 1, 2007. The band consisted of Solomon "Soul Glow Activatur" Olds on vocals, his twin brothers Jacob "Crouton" Olds on drums and Joshua "Fatty" Olds on bass, Nathan "Nadaddy" Currin on keytar, Derek "Chap Stique" Mount on lead guitar, and Xanadu as their stage dancer.
