One of Boston's most rockin' blues/R&B bands, the J. Geils Band is seen here during a blistering performance while opening for the Rolling Stones. This show as at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum in Los Angeles, CA on October 9, 1981. The band members consisted of guitarist J. Geils, vocalist Peter Wolf, bassist Danny Klein, drummer Stephen Jo Bladd, keyboardist Seth Justman, and harpist Magic Dick (Richard Salwitz).
