Bill & Winnie's Betty Boop Shrine

After the Comic Con 2004 - Bill & Winnie's Betty Boop Palace A veritable museum to all things Boop Bill has been a friend of Phil's for over 28 years. He and Winnie have a home that is almost exclusively dedicated to Betty Boop memorbilia. Winnie has been a collector of the illustrated starlet for many years and has about the most unique items depicting Betty Boop. Here are some photos of the home and it's eclectic decorating.
